ABOUT US SECTIONS:

What Is The
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
John 1:1-5
And the Word became flesh and dwelt (tabernacled) among us, and we beheld HIS glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
John 1:14
The one, singular, pre-existent Word was already there in the beginning. He was with God (speaking of the Word’s distinct nature within the Godhead. We see here that not all of the trinity is ‘the Word’. Only Jesus is ‘the Word’ which is explained in the next line.) He then became flesh, and tabernacled among us. This speaks of Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, who is God (‘the Word was God’). This beautiful Jesus, is the one whom all things were made through, and, nothing — nothing was made apart from Him.
Jesus is the expressed image, in this physical world, of the invisible God.
He (the Word) is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and FOR Him. And He is before all things, and in Him all things consist. And He is the head of the body, the church, who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead, that in all things He may have the preeminence.
Colossians 1:15-18
That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life— the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us— that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. And these things we write to you that your joy may be full.
1 John 1:1-4
The ONE THING is JESUS CHRIST.
To know Him, and love Him is eternal life.
Jesus spoke these words, lifted up His eyes to heaven, and said: “Father, the hour has come. Glorify Your Son, that Your Son also may glorify You, as You have given Him authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as You have given Him.
And this is eternal life, that they may KNOW YOU, the only true God, AND Jesus Christ whom You have sent. I have glorified You on the earth. I have finished the work which You have given Me to do. And now, O Father, glorify Me together with Yourself, with the glory which I had with You before the world was.
John 17:1-5
Only ONE THING is needed…
To know and love JESUS
But the Lord said to her, “My dear Martha, you are worried and upset over all these details! There is only one thing worth being concerned about. Mary has discovered it, and it will not be taken away from her.”
Luke 10:41-42

About Us Continued:
VISION
To create space for the Holy Spirit of God to set people free.
MISSION
We exist to love God, receive His freedom and give it away.
WHY IS IT CALLED “THE 501”
The full name of the ministry is called The 501 Exchange, and this is taken directly from Galatians 5:1.
The “5:1” part was re-symbolized as “501” where the O takes place as the separating character of the 5 and 1. This O also carries meaning of the entanglement of sin being broken off of us by the work of Jesus Christ on the cross through whom we have the remission of sins. You can see this breaking of the chains, or entanglement stated clearly in this scripture:
Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles. And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, 2 fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 Consider him who endured such opposition from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.²
² - Hebrews 12:1-3 NIV
It is for freedom that Christ has set us free. Stand firm, then, and do not let yourselves be burdened again by a yoke of slavery.¹
¹ - Galatians 5:1 NIV
WHAT WE BELIEVE
What we believe is that God the Father, who loved and still loves this world, gave His one and only Son, Jesus Christ — that whoever believes in HIM, will NOT perish within the heart during this life, or the age to come, but will have everlasting life.¹
In response to this wonderful God who loves us, who has proven His love by laying His life down and shedding His own precious blood for the remission of our sins so that we may live by and through His Holy Spirit ² — it’s our ministry’s heart and desire to create a place of first love where the one thing matters ³, a place where He is loved and worshipped through the Holy Spirit. ⁴
We have nothing without His presence and first love. He is life. He is the only way. He is truth. He is Jesus.
